“Living at Ashford Court has made all the difference in the world to me! I have friends to talk to and share my life with. I look forward to each day. I can join my neighbors for shopping and lunch, or stay in and read a book - the choices are mine."

"I've been living at Ashford Court for three years. I have always been very active and involved in various things. When I was researching places to retire, I visited many communities and Ashford Court was my favorite. I am close to my church and the library and the people, the staff . . . everyone at Ashford Court is so nice.
I am involved in many programs and activities at Ashford Court. I'm a Red Hatter an I enjoy all of the activities that Janet provides for us . . . they are fantastic. I'm also participating in the IMPACT program and I feel great, I can really tell a difference in my balance and the way I feel.
There is always somewhere to go and something to do AND I'm never alone. There is always a friendly smile and I've made many dear friends."

"I've been living at Ashford Court for more than a year and half. I wanted to live closer to my daughter. I like Ashford Court because everything is on one level - no stairs - and the All Day Dining program was very appealing to me. I can eat breakfast at 10:30 a.m. or lunch at 2:00 p.m. if I want to.
The activities are wonderful and I can participate whenever I want and can choose the activities that suit me best. The IMPACT program has really made positive impact in my life and overall heath. I've been taking blood pressure medication for many years and once I started the IMPACT program, I started noticing a big difference in how I felt. On a recent visit to my doctor's office, they were so impressed with my blood pressure that we cut dosage in half. I attribute this to the Tai Chi program. I had always wanted to take Tai Chi, but was never able to get there. Now it's hear and I never have to worry about not being able to get there again and it's great!
Even if I won the lottery . . . I wouldn't live anywhere else. Ashford Court is the best thing to happen for me."
